This project is in a lot with 3 facades, which gave an incredible potential, allowing the building to stand out in the urban landscape. The corner is located close to an arborized street and also a church, the integration with these elements was an important guideline for the project, and why the access to the building is located in this point with a wooden and steel structure for emphasis. The building is elevated in a suspended volume by pilots, which allows visual connection between the streets. To better utilize the exotic form of the lot, the three apartments on each floor were distributed in a way that all have views of the streets. It was respected the position of an existing tree.
In the west facade, metallic beams were anchored in the concrete structure so they can have a wide distance between the apartment's balconies and to serve as a rail for the brises Soleil. There are 36 panels made by a metal frame where it was fixed the aluminum corners, ideally spaced so they can work as a sunlight filter. An important façade with movement attracts the eyes of who there passes.
