WHAT. A complex that allies different events-related functions in Porto Alegre- Brazil. The project includes Conventions and Fairs spaces, commerce, and a hotel. The lot is in between two very important avenues of the city, Padre Cacique and Edivaldo Pereira Paiva Avenue. It is also located next to the Guaíba River border.
INTENTIONS. Aiming to encourage the space apropriation by the visitors, it was also proposed commercial spaces in its interiors and an open space alongside the building which integrates with the commercials volumes and restaurants. The open space works as a park that intends to improve the connection with Guaiba.
